Specialist Abseilers

We employ specialist abseilers on sites where access is particularly difficult. Unlike other access methods, such as scaffolding and mobile access platforms, it’s unobtrusive, fast and efficient.

This method means we can access difficult to reach work sites in almost any environment, from high-rise office buildings to large managed residential developments, factories and warehouses. Our abseilers can also carry out inspections and repairs in high-level or inaccessible locations.

With no need for detergents or chemicals, the Reach and Wash window cleaning system is more environmentally-friendly than other approaches.

Reach and Wash

On high buildings we use a ‘reach-and-wash’ pole system as this avoids the need for ladders and mobile access platforms – achieving major cost savings. Glass and Carbon-fibre, water-fed poles telescope up to approximately 18 metres and deliver heated, pure water to the brush head at the top, with no need for detergents or chemicals. The system can produce up to 1,000 litres of heated pure water to make cleaning fast, efficient and non-obtrusive.

As well as windows, the system can be used to clean curtain walling, atria, cladding, panelling, canopies and facias.
